Change the default action time on online banking!

ABSA you can do this better. Please explain why the default Action Time for future dated online banking is 23:00hrs? I recently future dated my credit card payment from my current account. The current account was debited on the correct date BUT the credit card account was not credited until the FOLLOWING day triggering numerous phone calls from ABSA. I appreciate that I can manually adjust the action time but often forget. The question is, why not have a more usable default action time? The consultant that I spoke to said it was not possible to change the default. I have written this review here as I am convinced that it will not get any attention elsewhere.
