Change of Bank Accounts

I called Absa vehicle to change my bank details on the 23rd of March to change my debit order bank details,i was told they needed a bank statement, which I eventually sent through on the 26th ,I was then asked for my ID which i still sent on the same day,<br> <br> I thought all was sorted as there was no reply afterwards, which is is just lack of feedback. Today i get a message from my ABSA account asking me to fund my account as the stop order went through. So I am just shocked because I already ask ABSA to debit my other account,<br> <br> I am not going to have a bad credit record because of this incompetence,<br> <br> Please sort this out urgently,<br>
