Change of address mortgage

I shouldn't be giving you even ONE star for the poorest service I received at Absa park station from the old Mr Tsotetsi. I'm very disappointed in him and Absa as whole.

I went there to change my address and brought all the documents needed, he refused to change it saying my proof of address contains Johannesburg. I said yes it will be written Johannesburg because that's where I stay, he say no I don't stay in Johannesburg I stay in Berea. I said but Berea is the surbub name and Johannesburg is my town how can you say I don't stay in Berea. He totally refused saying he won't change it because of Johannesburg appearing on my proof of residence.

I was there from 12:30 until 3:30 the time of closing without any assistance. I'm very disappointed, I wasted a lot of time for nothing.
