change of address and surname

Last week I went to absa Midrand to change my address and surname with my 2 id's and marriage certificate when the lady at enquiries told me she can't help me because I must bring someone to prove that indeed I was staying there preferably my husband. Fortunately the teller next to the one helping me also had the same client and we were both sent back. Due to my husband working at the bank he advised that there's a form the teller was suppose to give me for him to sign with the commissioner of oath. I called the branch the following day and spoke to Carol and she confirmed the form being available and apologised and said she will email it to me. When I took the form back the 3rd teller wanted to send me back home AGAIN saying I filled the form incorrectly. I then demanded to see Carol who helped me with a sense of calmness and genuine smile saying I quote: \don't worry we will make a plan"and so she did. I wish we would have more Carols in the enquiry section. I left happy and helped. To send a client back not help when there is an option to do so is unacceptable."""
