change of address

Good day

I have my vehicle loan with ABSA. I relocated to the Western Cape and am trying to change my address. I went to ABSA Tygervalley ( twice) and today was my 3rd time at Durbanville ABSA. I took numerous proof of address which other banks accept or accpeted as proof......BUT not ABSA. Today I took my new Lease contract and 30 minutes later they cant change my address. I did the whole FICA and and and ....and after 30 they start phoning Head Office. It took me 3 minutes to change my address at Capitec this morning. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.

I am letting you know that I WILL NOT BE WASTING ANYMORE OF MY TIME TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS.
