Chained BY ABSA and refuse to listen to reason

<p>I bought a joint property and was financed by ABSA. i informed ABSA of my situation and that i would like to be removed form the property. Understanding the legal process that has to take place, I indicated to ABSA that the person whom i bought property is refusing to sell the property or to take over the full title of the house.</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSA then informed me that i should contact the part owner to ask him to sell, which i have made it clear that he is refusing to even sign the HELPU Sell documents from ABSA. Which ABSA must intervene because i told them that i tried to speak to the Part owner and i have failed miserably, hense i resorted to speaking to ABSA.</p> <p> </p> <p>To this date, i am chained to a property which i never occupied, and the part owner is living in that house and the same ABSA cannot lend me money to buy property of my own.</p> <p> </p> <p>Talk about financila freedom, how can one be financially free if one cannot even buy a property and the same Banks refuse to intervene</p>
