Cession to ABSA bank

Dear ABSA,

I need to cancel a cession on a Sanlam policy ceded to Absa, this policy was paid by my father but was in my name. He sadly passed away almost a year ago and this is how long I have been struggling to get this cession cancelled.

Back and forth emails with absolutely NO FEEDBACK!

I am fed up! Please advise as to what you can do to get this matter settled.

Person I have been liaising with is Lorraine Magubane (Deceased Estates Administartor) /Lorraine Shongwe as stated in her email address.
