Cession Cancellation

I have been having issues with ABSA in cancelling Cession with Old mutual life cover even after having another life cover with Discovery with request to have a session with them for my bond, as a result I am paying two Life covers and they seem not to be interested to assist me after so many attempts to contact them. I went to the nearest branch in Durban Montclair Mall branch, i was also contacted by the branch in Vaal Mall after logging in the complain where I have opened my Absa account, no one has assisted me thus far. This has been going on from October 2016, for a bank that has care for its customer this should have been resolved I am so disappointing on how they have treated my case.
