Cebisile Sithole pleasure dealing with her

My review is about Cebisile Sithole who works for Absa activate. I had to do a review and an addition to my insurance policy. Firstly she only does the review but made sure to send the email to the correct department in order for them to do the amendments on my policy. Once my amendments were done we had to wait a certain period in order for the changes to take effect before she would do the review. She made sure she called me once the changes were in effect to assist me to do the review. She could have told me to call the following day to do the review but she made the effort to check when my policy was updated on the system so she could assist me in my review and I wouldn't have to wait for my call to be put through to a consultant. She was friendly and extremely helpful, explained everything I asked in detail. She didn't treat me as just a number/call that she just had to get through, she gave me the time needed to ensure that I was happy with all that I needed clarity on as well as in the review of my policy. Cebisile Sithole definitely lives the absa values and it was a pleasure dealing with her.
