<p>We received our Gold Master Credit Card last week Thursday from CCD where this person never asked for any paperwork as be was supposed to ask, but never did his job properly. Since then our card is still not working as we went to ABSA clearwater and could not be helped by the arrogant lady behind the counter. We decided to go to ABSA Cradlestone where we were helped and told that our card would be activated within 3 to 4 days. Now it has been more than three days and yet the card is still not working. Never in my life have I heard of such a situation just because one person did not do his job when he delivered the card. </p>
