CBP CAPITILISATION COSTS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

I was very disappointed to see that ive been paying CBP Capitalisation costs of up to R1000 without knowing about it. What are these charges for and I expect my money back in my account ASAP!! Ive been a client for almost 20years and if you cant reimburse me then be sure that I will go to another bank. This is called steeling and if they are the normal charges why so much and why was I not informed.
