CBP CAPITALISATION CHARGES

I logged a Hellopeter request last Tuesday - Iv'e looked at my online statement and noticed the following deductions the one for R404.0 is the one I am worried about, but they all show something called TRANSACTION CHARGE CBP CAPITALISATION<br> Charges as follow: TRANSACTION CHARGE CBP CAPITALISATION - R404.10<br> MONTHLY ACC FEE CBP CAPITALISATION - R40<br> ADMIN CHARGE CBP CAPITALISATION - R20<br> <br> Why I'am I being charged all these fee's??
