CBP capitalisation

I have noticed that every month, there are three deductions from my account, called CBP capitalisation. The amounts differ every month, but there are always three. Since the beginning of the year deductions to the amount of R2384.65 had been made! What is this and why does this happen? As a pensioner it is already difficult to make ends meet and this is making it even more problematic.
