CBP admin fee !!!

I have just checked my internet banking with ABSA and i saw a R450 was debited from my cheque account. I didnt recieve a notification or sms to let me know. I have been banking with absa for a few years now and find this service pathetic! I did not budget for this CBP Admin fee & is disgusted with the service they provide.
