CashSend System Does NOT Work + No Answer at Call Center

I have tried twice recently sending money to someone using ABSA's Cashsend Option. This system does not work well at well. When sending the money, I am prompted to create a 6 digit pin. When the person arrives at the ATM, they are requested to enter an additional 10 digit pin. When entering the 6 digit pin, the ATM rejects the payment. When entering the 10 digit mobile number, the ATM rejects the Pin. Where do I get this 10 digit pin from? Why so many Pins needed? The sender is only requested to create 1 six-digit Pin. Why does the receiver need to enter the 6 digit PIN that was created PLUS another 10 digit PIN that no one knows? I also attempted to phone the call center for assistance, but I do not receive any answer on any of the options that I enter. The Cashsend System is a broker un-user friendly system that does not work and there is no staff available during office hours to assist with this highly complicated system.
