Please assist, yesterday I sent a cash send to my mobile number *** for R800 but when I tried to withdraw it I got error 55 transaction not allowed at an ATM in Sandton City, the transaction has been lost cause I did not receive the cash and it is not under unredeemed cash send please refund my account.
