Cashsend money not dispensed.

I have made an cash send of 5000 to myself, upon withdrawing the ATM did not dispense the money, this was on Friday morning 24th August. I sent in an email to the cashsend department and a Mr Russell Edwards, but I got no response from either. This is pathetic service as the ATM said the money will be reversed into the cashsend wallet.
