Cashsend issue

I sent a cash send to myself and when I need to withdraw the money it says already redeemed and the atm didn’t cash out anything when I called the consultant he tells me “it says redeemed because you already withdrew the money “ why would I call the centre if I didn’t have a problem with the withdrawal he was helpless, can someone please contact me and assist with this problem and to refund my money please
