Cashsend invalid even thou they sent me the number

My brother recently passed away and I had a friend send me money via absa cashsend. when I went to the atm the next day the transaction did not go thru and the receipt advised to go inside a branch to resolve the error. I went to the absa in mahikeng and Topsy told me without taking any of my details that they don't deal with cashsend transactions and I must ask the person who sent the money to resend. I tried that but my friend is not prepared to do that because the money already went off his account and I come across as dishonest to him. I don't need this from you now coz im grieving. it is not the first time this has happened. I lost 250 last year thru cashsend due to the same problem. how the hell does one use it? do I need to register for it? I want my money!!!!<br> <br> what must happen now?
