Cash Wallet not working and it is simply daylight *******.

I have a big issue regarding the new Cash Wallet. In the first instance, it does not work, at all, so much that the consultant on the helpline admitted it to me. I was sent money in an emergency and there is no way to collect my money other than to go into a branch. I can see the money in my wallet, but cannot transact on either Whatsapp or on the banking app. This is absolutely pathetic. Secondly I think it is ridiculous from Absa to rip of customers with this new Cashwallet. You are charging a fee to the sender to send the cash, and now you charge R10 to withdraw the money to the receiver? This is daylight *******. And then it doesn't even work??? Pathetic
