Cash send Withdrawal

Today (Wednesday 20 January 2016) I went to Absa to withdraw cash from their ATM's and it kept on giving me error 55 messages. I then opted to withdraw the money inside the bank and a lady called Bophelo told me that I cannot withdraw R1500 from cash send and that R1000 was the limit. Me telling that it's impossible because I've been using it for a while now. She told me with a bad attitude what she knew and sent me home. I then decided to go and withdraw in another branch still in Braamfontein and I got the money and the staff at Jorisen Absa Branch were very helpful and kind to assist.
