Cash send trobles and lack of information from ABSA , I need my money back

I was not going to bother asking R600 is a lot to me I need the money for my children’s food . Please let me know what happened to my money or who collected my cash send since I did not collect the money myself .it’s been 7 workings days today since I reported this I need answers .
