Cash send ****/error
I love this bank, however its been quite a ride this month, i once sent my self a cash send, which the code was only received by me on my phone, when i tried to withdraw that money i could not, when I contacted ABSA they told me my cash was withdrew in Diepsloot, I have never been to diepsloot, how did the person withdraw the cash send, how did they get the code or the pin. I really need this investigated i dont care how little that cash send was, i want to have cer*****y that the money I have in my account
The receipt when i tried to withdraw at an ABSA atm in Carlton centre the error came back as" code 72"
The code that was sent to my cellphone number is ***.
I seriously need feedback, I am going crazy everyday thinking, will this be the day i find my balance on R0

03 Jun 2022, 12:55Hi Lebogang i did a cash send of R80 on the 25-05-2022, i went same day to the carlton centre atm, however i was told that the money was withdrawn in Diepsloot atm, that was not me, i did a cash send to someone yesterday they failed to withdraw, everyday i get an sms on my phone that i need to go a collect a new card from ABSA NORTH TOWERS, however i had already made a new bank card by the same branch
