CASH SEND QUERY

Can you urgently assist with regards to a query regarding a Cash Send query. A friend of mine send me an amount of R300.00 sometime last month via cash-send to my cell no. ***. At the time of this transaction she wasn't aware that this number was in fact not in use. I have since done a Sim Swop and would like to find out urgently as to how do I go about retrieving this message as it doesn't reflect on my updated messages on my handset. I have already send an email to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] and no response has been forthcoming since.
