Cash Send Money Lost

I was sent the cash send by absa client when I when to withdraw I got the first amount and the second one when I withdraw the other one the screen wrote contact the branch I didn't get the money. when the sender report the absa they say the money was cashed but I don't get it. Absa Bank its full of ***** and ******.

I have noted this matter was already dealt with by the Resolve department.

Should you not be satisfied with the feedback you received you are at liberty to refer the matter to the banking ombudsman for an assessment.
