Cash send is a joke

I was sent some cash via cash send on the 15th March 2020. I have still not received the sms with the 10 digit code 24 hours later. I was stuck on the side of the road after my own debit card was swallowed by an atm. I had to resort to phoning family and friends and eventually got money from a family member via Nedbank Emali. The Nedbank transaction took less that 1 minute!!!!!!
