Cash Send *****

I was sent a cash send. I Recieved that 10 digit code on sms and the sender gave me a pin. When i get to the ATM it says CASHSEND ALREADY REDEEMED 94. This is frustrating because the sender is adamant that he has not reversed the money and he cant. Where is my money.
