Cash Send *****

Good Day, My name is Thato and I have an issue with a cash send. I sent my dad a cash send of R500.00 today the 26th of October 2022 from account number *** but when he withdraws he gets an error slip that says it has been already redeemed which he obviously hasn't. His cellphone number is *** and that is the number I sent the cash to. Please fix this ASAP!!!
