Cash send error 55

Someone sent me money via Absa cash send facility, the code and pin are correct but i get error when i try to withdraw.<br> <br> The slip does not even explain what this error 55 is. I need the money asap and when i call their call center the is no answer.<br> <br> Will someone please assist?
