Cash Send

I am very disappointed with Cashsend function from ABSA . I will never advice anyone to use it . I got sent money via cash send , when I went to withdraw money from ATM ask from 10 digits code I put it then password there after it Ask for my name,surname and ID then I get Error 55 . I went to find out from the Bank they told me to speak to person who sent me money I ask to come with me to the Bank .The response from the Bank was there is nothing they can do it is not their function
