cash send

It annoys me to the highest core the fact that everytime i use the cashsend facility i either get the sms delivered late or not delivered at all, the cashsend was successfully done around 6pm yet 3hours later im still waiting for the sms because without it i cannot withdraw the money, clearly theres something wrong with your system because the confirmation sms has the same reciepient number, such an inconvinience and its ****en annoying, why implement a service if you cannot function it successfully, and why debit the money from the account if your useless system cannot send out or generate the 10 digit withdrawal code?... i just fail to understand how you do things. I need a solution as in yesterday because i need that money ASAP.
