Cash not dispenced from ATM Machine.

On the 20/8/2020 I tried to withdraw R600.00 from an ATM Machine in Centurian. The transaction completed after waiting 20min but no cash was dispensed. My Standard bank account was debited and I received the SMS confirming the transaction. No transaction slip was printed but my card was returned. I contacted Standard bank who lodged a query with ABSA and after waiting over a week I called Standard bank to be told that ABSA reackon the ATM balanced. A message to ABSA.... I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CASH SO BEST YOU CHECK YOUR SYSTEMS ON THAT ATM MACHINE. EITHER THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE OR SOMEONE SCORED R600.00.
