Cash Express ATM dispensed short

I requested R1500 from a Cash Express ATM in Knysna (managed by ABSA) but was only dispensed R400. According to the little slip only R400 would be debited to my account - which is with a foreign bank. However the full amount was debited from my account.<br> <br> On calling ABSA this morning to query this I was basically told its not their problem I need to take it up with my bank (overseas) and then my bank has to query it with them.<br> <br> Be warned about using these Cash Express ATMs.
