Cash Deposit Procedure

I can't believe the New Rule of Absa for cash Deposit. I went to Absa to Deposit Cash and my Money was only extra with R150 and I was told to go out of the Branch to re-calculate the money and give them the accurate Cash amount that correspond with the amount on the Deposit Slip. They don't consider the fact I'm carrying the bulk of amount and the is strangers in their branch who saw me with this large bulk of cash in my bag. Stupid rule ever, in the past if the money is extra they normally give me back the extra cash amount. Absa Branch in Paarl Mall
