Cash deposit - Full amount not reflecting

I did a cash deposit into my account and the total amount was not reflected into my account or bank statement. I do have the transaction slips but what do we do in this case? I feel like going into the bank will not phase me any joy as usual. This transaction took place at Bluff, Durban.
