Case Reference ***

We did an ATM cash deposit directly into a Home loans account at 88 Main Street Johannesburg branch on the 04.05.2015 received a slip, the ATM did not reject the money. However I am getting SMS's that I am in arrears for the month of May. Personally went to the Branch and they confirmed that the funds we deposited but were withdrawn on the 31.05.2015. I don't understand how I could withdraw from a home loan account as it is not a transaction account but used to repay a loan. These funds are still not found and Absa is not willing to assist in investigating what happened to the funds.
