Case Ref No. ***, unauthorised debit order, now FEEDBACK 4th req

This is now my 4th request. ABSA is useless. Nobody responds to ANY email or complaint. I will avoid doing business with ABSA. They can just as well close down. There is no customer service, no feedback! I am not impressed at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
