Case no. *** Still nothing was promise 10 days

I took a Loan with ABSA and the loan was settle and they keep on wanting more money, the Settlement amount R19 113.32 was made by African bank to ABSA ON THE 13/07/2013 and the later was received from ABSA on the 05/12/2014 that the account it is closed received cheque of R1306.17 to closure the account...But after still received that I am still owing .Again AFRICAN BANK settle my account with an amount of R3849.24 on the 28/08/2015 for the same account with was settle two years ago *** .....I WANT MY REFUND TODAY OR THIS WILL BE TAKE HIGH BECAUSE YOU ARE BANK THAT TAKES MONEY EVEN WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS SETTLE
