***** Case Investigator
About a month ago I reported a ***** case regarding a person who stole money out of my account. All the needed documents has been sent through. They informed me my case will be dealt with in 15-20 working days. It is already 27 days and I can't get a hold of the investigator. After multiple emails from ***** and a absa consultant they tell me this person is on leave and they don't know when she will be back. Twice ***** had send management an email to send my documents to another investigator to finish the case, but it looks like they can also not do their job. This is very unprofessional for a company we should trust in. I'm highly frustrated and irritated by hearing the same story everytime I call ***** solutions and they simply just do NOTHING to the case.
