***** case handled exceptionally well

I was a victim of crime and had a horrible life or death experience. ********s gained access to my account and emptied it. I logged a call with Absa ***** and after investigating my case they ruled the outcome in my favour and refunded me the lost money. I am really grateful to Zwonaka Gundula who handled my case. Although the trauma of my experience lives on, it is comforting to know Absa paid homage to me, and prides themselves in people. I am really grateful, thank you!!!!
