CASE CLOSED???????????????????? ON WHAT GROUNDS - BACK IN LIMBO

Hi, thank you for your courtest message. There have been discrepancies on the erf number, address, and valuation of the property on the HOC. The annual increase is in December, however, the credit that was passed on the HOC is not from December 2020. There are more inquiries on the account and today we received an email that the case is closed. Surely after the correct amount to be credited on the HOC, should make a difference on the monthly installments? We raising serious concerns in order to reach an amicable and fair manner.
