***** Case

I’m very disappointed in ABSA… i have had a ***** case for a while now and everytime i call to follow up, i’m told that the investigator assigned to my case is either busy or out of reach. I call everyday without getting help. If she’s too busy why can’t i get another investigator??? It’s very unfair and frustrating. Will i ever get someone to help me??? Is this how this bank operates??
