***** case

Someone opened a loan of R200K in my name at Absa in December 2025 and I opened a ***** case on the 9th of Jan 2026 with them , I emailed all the documents they requested and even opened a police case , I have been calling them since the case was opened they keep on telling me they have escalated the matter to the Absa investigating officer, I have emailed him but no response, I don't know what's happening as no one is getting back to me, this is really frustrating, I don't have any accounts with them
