Careless kind of a custormer services

On Saterday August 8th, 2015, I had driven my Mom to open up a business bank account with ABSA BANK in Mdantsane. At the branch in Mdantsane we were told they do not offer such services, then we were given an 086.... number to phone to get assistance. I had personally dialed the number and I was told that my Mom must go at Frere Square ABSA Branch in Vincent on Tuesday the 11th August 2015 (TODAY) at 12h00 midday. That meant that I must cancel everything today and drive my Mother to honour the appointment for opening up the business account. It was so frustrating when we finally thought that all was to be done today, only to be told that my Mother must come back next Tuesday, 18th August 2015, there has been a mistake with us having been given an appointment for today. To cut this short, I had never thought it would be so difficult to open up a business account with ABSA, I am really so disappointed more over that, I had to cancel my return trip back to Durban on Monday so that I could drive my Mom to get this done, ...but no no.... Only arriving now in Durban.
