Cards blocked

I am H L Bester I went to ABSA bank in Langeberg Mall on 14 April to do the FIKA . I was sitting and waiting for hours before it was done by lady at enquiries. I bought some food on 16 Mei and was told my card is blocked. As a matter of fact both my cards was blocked! I went into the Langeberg Mall ABSA to report it. I was left with no money or cards for the hole weekend. This is absolutely not how you should handle pensioners. My cards was FIKAed at my branch in time. I did not expect such bad service of ABSA. I am banking with them for over 50 years! This is very bad that I had to go without food for the hole week-end. ABSA must get there business in order or they will be losing many clients.
