cards being declined

Hi<br> <br> I am noticing that all my accounts have been blocked because everywhere I use my cards it gets declined. I received an sms from you guys that I need to update my fica documents before the 10th feb which I did.<br> <br> I even received the following sms :<br> <br> Absa: Thank you for choosing Absa. Your FICA documents have been reviewed and are compliant. Please continue to keep us up to date so we can keep you banking.<br> <br> Why are you still declining my cards. Please sort this out because I cannot do anything now!!!
