CARD SWOLLEN IN THEIR ATM AND I LOST R25200

At about 09h30 yesterday I arrived at the park station from Zimbabwe my master card was swollen by the ATM machine for the ABSA bank and i reported it to them. I didnt even have an SA sim card to call anyone or report a fault with the ABSA but the ATM is downstairs and the banking hall is upstairs. I quickly went up and told them that my card is in their machine they need to help ASAP only to be told by Rebecca that we should wait till 15h30 for the person who comes to open the ATM to come and take it out. around 14h30 i went back again only to be told that the person already came and left and he said the card was not in the machine. I was there near ABSA why did they not call me as i gave them a number to contact me to say come and at least identify your card, how do i even know that this was not an inside Job? I stayed there under the impression that the card was still in that ATM machine, yet it had been taken out and R25200 was withdrawn within a space of 21mins.<br> surely the bank has some sort of security measures they put in place to avoid cases like these. Now i am stranded in SA with no money. The ABSA bank must refund my money or investigate to that i get my money back.
