Card still block
Tried to make a purchase online this morning ... transaction declined ... called ABSA ... it is because AFTER BEING TO THE BANK 3 TIMES ALREADY TO SUBMIT PROOF OD RESIDENCE IT IS STILL NOT UPDATED. The branch on Veale street is beyond pathetic. Completely *********** staff ... as I have been served by different staff members and each time they are unable to get a simple task as submitting the proof or residence.
