Card retained
We tried to withdraw money from atm 13854 when the machine retained the SASSA card. I phoned numerous times and asked if we can get the card back.
The only reply was that it cannot be done and that we have to get a new card from SASSA. My mother in law is 84 and now have to go to the police station to get an affidavit and then only can we get a new card.
Why can we just not get the card back from the atm?
Terrible service.
