Card replacement

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to stop and replace my card yesterday due to ***** I ordered my new card and everything and got a message saying that ABSA will let me know when I can come and fetch my new card. This morning I got a message saying that my card is being printed and I will receive a message when to come and fetch it, just to now get a message saying I took to long to fetch it and it will now be destroyed. Now ABSA.. I ask you HOW must I know my card is ready to be fetched without a message should I wait the whole day at the branch for my card?? I don’t even want to order a new card and rather want to close my accounts and switch to a new banking provider as I travel oversees a lot and do not need this unprofessionalism in my life!
